The Webster’s technique is a gentle chiropractic adjustment that aligns the pelvis and includes a soft tissue release of associated muscle groups. Meet the Doctor

Dr. Helms is a second generation chiropractor. She went to the University of Oklahoma where she obtained her degree in Psychology. She then moved to Dallas to get her doctorate at Parker university where her father also went to school. She loves to work with perinatal and pediatric patients. Dr. Lauren is a wife, mom, dog lover, and avid tennis player. She enjoys collecting plants and tapping into her creativity though needlepoint and other art projects. She has a passion for continuously learning and adding new techniques like acupuncture.
